Connecting Capital to Opportunity
Request a PPM

Click on the Sign-Up button and fill in the required information, and a UF representative will get with you to coordinate getting the requested document(s) sent to you.
Subscribe to the Fund

Read the PPM, then Complete & Sign the Subscription Agreement and Investors Questionnaire and return the documents to us as instructed.
Deposit Investment $

Deposit the money you have selected to invest into the Fund as instructed in the PPM.
Get Accepted by United Fundings

In order to determine your eligibility, UF will review the documents that you completed. If acceptable, and meets all established criteria, UF will then verify you as an accredited investor, and you will be accepted into the Fund.
Start Earning

Once accepted into the Fund your monies will start earning interest as outlined in the PPM. UF will provide quarterly reports updating you on the Fund and your investment.
